Braner USA Precision Roller Levelers

Braner USA’s precision Roller Levelers are engineered to transform coiled metal into flat, stress-free product suitable for downstream processes such as cut-to-length blanking, stamping, cutting or roll forming. By using multiple offset work rolls arranged above and below the strip path, these machines apply controlled reverse bends that eliminate coil-set, correct shape defects like wavy edges, cross bow and center buckle, and produce consistent flatness across a wide range of materials.
