Roller Levelers
- Braner USA’s precision Roller Levelers are engineered to transform coiled strip into flat, stress-stabilized product ready for downstream applications.
- Using offset upper and lower work rolls supported by hydraulic backup systems, these levelers apply controlled reverse bends to remove coil-set and correct shape issues such as edge wave, center buckle, and crossbow.
- Equipped with CNC control, user-friendly interfaces, and memory recall features, Braner Roller Levelers enable fast setup, consistent results, and minimal operator intervention. Available in Cassette Style configurations for fast roll changes and wide gauge range flexibility, these levelers are built for reliable performance across a wide range of materials and applications.

TorqueMaster™ Levelers
- TorqueMaster™ is Braner’s next-generation leveling solution, designed to eliminate the limitations of traditional gear-driven systems.
- Each work roll is powered independently, delivering targeted torque exactly where it’s needed. This approach removes torque spikes, roll wind-up, and gearbox wear, enabling deep plunge leveling without compromising performance.
- With real-time torque feedback and no shared gear trains, TorqueMaster is ideal for processing advanced materials that demand tight shape control and long-term mechanical integrity.

- Braner USA’s Stretch Levelers deliver industry-leading flatness correction by applying precise elongation beyond the elastic limit, permanently eliminating residual stress and spring-back.
- This results in memory-free flatness that holds through forming, blanking, and laser cutting. Our stretchers feature tensiometer-controlled elongation, smart automation, and operator-friendly setups.
