Available with either Flying Shear (no-pit design), Roll Feed with Pit, or Tight Line, our lines are adaptable to your facility layout and production requirements. Whether space savings or traditional pit-fed or stop-start control is your priority, we deliver performance without compromise.
Powered by TorqueMaster™ Leveling and Stretch Leveling technologies, our CTL Lines provide unmatched surface quality and shape correction—especially for high-strength, high-yield materials.
Types of Cut-To-Length Lines
Braner USA CTL & Multi-Blanking Lines are custom designed and custom built to meet Customer’s raw material specifications and production requirements, so every line includes unique characteristics and equipment elements to achieve desired results and productivity.
CTL & Multi-Blanking Lines are available for converting carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless coil in widths to 100” (2540mm) in gauges from .018” (0.46mm) to .750” (19.0mm).
